2022 Heart Pinot Gris

The Heart symbolizes a love of the beauty and bounty of the Pacific Northwest - of the flora and fauna that inhabit a Biodynamic Vineyard. 

100% destemmed with a 5-day cold soak before pressing. 80% of the juice was passed to stainless steel for fermentation and aging. 10% was fermented in a concrete egg. After 5 months on heavy lees, the wine was racked together and bottled.
