Wet stone minerality meets with Meyer lemon peel and sliced apple on the nose. The palate is vibrant with ripe flavors of pineapple and peach, with enough acidity to keep it bright.

Aged in Concrete egg for 5 months them moved to French Oak for another 10 months before botting.
