2022 White Pinot Noir

Fresh and bright with a bouquet of pear and florals. The palate offers a bright finish of peach, honey, and zesty citrus.

 Fermented and aged in concrete egg for 5 weeks.  Aged on fine lees for 15 months in French Oak barrels, 25% new, 75% neutral. Finish in concrete egg for 2 months.
