2022 Sparkling Rosé

This Sparkling Rosé is also known as our famous Petillant Naturel.

This bottle has a dark, beautiful color in the bottle with notes of grapefruit, nectarines, baked pears, lemongrass, and lovage.

A Pinot Noir varietal gives a slow and cool fermentation in stainless steel. Once the fermentation reached exactly the right sugar level the wine was bottled and continued fermenting in the bottle. After five months the wine was disgorged and labeled.
