Our 2021 White Pinot Noir was aged in one Concrete Egg for six months on lees. It was then transferred to Stainless Steel for three more months before bottling.

Fresh cherries and sweet raspberries burst with juice in this wine. With hints of orange zest and earthy oregano complement the luxurious tannins.
