2022 Skin Contact Pinot Gris

Alluring Notes of Apricot, Tagerine and Spice.

Fermented on skins for 8 days to create this beautiful Copper Color. Then, we moved it to a Concrete Dolia for another 8 months to add some minerality and roundness to this wine.
