Whole cluster conferment of fifty percent Pinot Noir and fifty percent Pinot Gris was put into a closed top stainless tank where it went through carbonic maceration for three weeks. It was then pressed to neutral barrels, where it finished out fermentation. After aging in barrel for five months, the wine was bottled unfiltered.
