Our third single barrel bottling!  100%  943 Clone.  

Destemmed into an open top fermenter and fermented on skins for seven days using native yeast and no temperature control. It was lightly pressed into a Three Hundred and Fifty liter neutral oak barrel, where it aged for Nine months until racked to tank for bottling. There was absolutely nothing added or taken away from this wine. Unfined and unfiltered.

Just 29 cases produced of this Single Barrel Bottling.
